Sinner’s Prayer vs Baptism!

The main controversy we have heard in “The Church” today is the “Sinner’s Prayer” vs Baptism…

There is no controversy in the truth. God set up baptism, He sent John the Baptist! He has not changed His plan for our salvation. Man did that, and there is no guarantee with it — think about that! If it’s not Scriptural it has no place in your salvation.

If that doesn’t make you think about this substitution of Satan’s Lies for God’s Word, nothing will…

Baptism is an act done for you by an Elder of the church… You submit to Baptism, and by doing so you acknowledge your helplessness to save yourself!

By Baptism in water you are placed in the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost — And they are placed in you!

In Genesis, God used water to destroy evil mankind from the Earth.

Death by water was next practiced by the Egyptians. When the Hebrews multiplied greatly, Pharaoh ordered the midwives to drown the Hebrew’s newborn children…

After that God drowned Pharaoh and all his soldiers in the Red Sea after His people crossed on dry ground!

Now through Baptism God does the same thing, drowning our old sinful man, and all our enemies!

We cannot enter God’s Kingdom with the old sinful man still in us! So God designed the perfect plan the “Old Man” and the “spirit of error” (The Prince of the power of the air — Satan) cannot survive…

When you came to Christ, you were “circumcised,” but not by a physical procedure. Christ performed a spiritual circumcision — the cutting away of your sinful nature.
Colossians 2:11

When we are buried in Baptism with Christ, our Old Man dies and we are Born again — A New Creature “In Christ” with a New Heart, a New Spirit, the Mind of Christ, and Eternal Life!

For you were buried with Christ when you were baptized. And with him you were raised to new life because of your faith in the operation of God, who raised Christ from the dead. You were dead because of your sins and because your sinful nature was not yet cut away. Then God made you alive with Christ, for he forgave all our sins.
Colossians 2:12

Thus fulfilling God’s Word, “I kill and I make alive!” (Deuteronomy 32:39)

We all died with Christ and we all rose with Him — Now it is up to us to “Have Faith in the Operation of God.” We can be “Dead to Sin” and “Alive to God”… Christ’s Death AND Resurrection can be our own!

And because Jesus lives forever, he is able, once and forever, to save those who come to God through him. He lives forever to intercede with God on their behalf.
Hebrews 7:24-25

Accept it, Believe it, Receive it, and Rejoice in it!!!

The “Sinner’s Prayer” makes us think WE did something of ourselves, by ourselves, and for ourselves… It takes no part of God, Jesus, or John the Baptist — And makes Christ’s crucifixion of no account.

If we can Re-Birth ourselves and become Born Again by our self then God did not need to send His Son Jesus Christ to die on the Cross for us??? Think about the absolute Devilishness of this thought. We cannot re-birth ourselves with words — Any more than we could have birthed ourselves! Sounds ridiculous doesn’t it?

The very idea comes from the Pit of Hell. Baptism came from Heaven to us by “A Man Sent from God” Himself!

Jesus said, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God.”

There is no Water or Spirit in “The Sinner’s Prayer.”

There is no Controversy in “The Church” just a pack of lies against the Truth. This War has Raged between God and the Devil since his rebellion against God in Heaven — God’s Way against the Devil’s… The choice is ours!
